Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we aim for

We design this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That includes readable color contrast, text descriptions for images, forms with clear labels, a page structure that screen readers can follow, and full keyboard use.

Known limitations

Our live flavor cams are photos of the flavor boards in each shop. Each shop's page also lists the flavors being scooped there as text, but that list comes from our records and may occasionally differ from the board. If you need to know whether a flavor is available, call the shop.

eGift cards are handled by an outside service (Square), which has its own accessibility policy. If it gives you trouble, or you'd rather reserve the party room by phone, call or email us and we'll take care of it for you.
