Our party room is free to reserve. Host any and everything (okay maybe not everything) you can dream of. We provide the free space and you can do as much or as little as you like. Outside food is allowed - we just ask you also purchase some Lovejoy’s!

$150 Birthday Party Package Q&A:
Is my party confirmed? If you receive the confirmation email then you are on our calendar. No need to call or email. We will contact you a week before the party to confirm a few details but go ahead and send out invites - we are planning on you!
How long is the party? The party itself is an hour and a half. You have the room available to you for 2 hours to accommodate setting up/clean up.
How many kids can attend? The $150 party package covers up to 10 kids plus the party guest. Due to space restrictions it works best with this amount of kids. If needed, you can pay $5/ kid extra with a cap of 15 kids.
What ages is this geared towards? Ages 3-14 are best for this party experience.
Can party guests’ guardians stay? They are welcome to stay but we PREFER that extra adults do not stay unless needed due to age/special needs. Our ice cream shop is only so big - most parties are held on busy weekends. The shop is usually very full and extra parents make maneuvering in the party room difficult. Please feel free to pass this info on to the guests you invite. Kids are supervised with the assistance of our party host.
Can I decorate? You can do as little or as much as you want. We provide all paper goods unless you want to bring your own. You can come 15 minutes before your party to decorate - if you feel you need more time then you need to reserve the free party room for the hour before your assigned party in addition.
Can I bring outside food? Yes. Some groups order in pizza or bring a few snacks but it is not needed. We also have paninis available for additional cost. We recommend skipping cake/cupcakes for this party as there are lots of treats already provided. We put candles on the birthday sundae - so candles are also provided.
What do we do for the party?
If your child is age 3-8 here is a sample schedule:
12 - 12:15: Guests arrive
12:15 - 12:30: Make ice cream
12:30 - 12:50: Play 3 ice cream themed party games (these are provided by us)
12:50 - 1: Open presents
1 - 1:15: Sample ice cream that we made
1:15: Sing to birthday kid!
1:20 - 1:45: All guests get ice cream from the front counter and ENJOY!
1:45 - 2: Coloring sheet, clean up, and wait for parents to pick up
If your child is age 8-14, here is a sample schedule:
12 - 12:15: Guests arrive and gather
12:15 - 12:30: Make ice cream
12:30 - 12:50: Paint picture frames (all supplies are provided by us)
12:50 - 1: Open presents
1 - 1:15: Sample ice cream that we made
1:15: Sing to birthday kid!
1:20 - 1:45: Get ice cream from the front counter and ENJOY!
1:45 - 2: Coloring sheet, clean up, and wait for parents to pick up
Can I cancel my party?
We have kids - we understand things come up or they get sick. Yes all parties can be canceled or rescheduled through the Squarespace email that you received as confirmation.
When do I pay? Do I need to make a deposit?
We take payment at the time of the party.
